All orders are processed within 24 of you placing the order.
After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.
Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.
Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
Standard Delivery (UK Mainland)
Cost 2.99 GBP. (Free delivery UK only if Order is over £50.00)
Delivery Time: 3-5 business days (you may receive your items earlier).
If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible
Returns and Refunds
We will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 30 days of you receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
